- Step 1: Open the carton. Inside, there are two caster mounting panels, one set of loose casters and accessories, and one set of plastic panels.
- Step 2: Take everything out of the carton and start assembly.
- Step 3: When installing the casters, use two small wooden blocks on each side. Then install the caster mounting panel.
- Step 4: The angled corner of the caster mounting panel should face inward, and the black side should face outward. Align it with the four hole positions.
- Step 5: Place the caster on top and align it with the holes. Please note that the locking swivel casters should be placed diagonally.
- Step 6: Align the holes and insert the M8 screws.
- Step 7: Place the small wooden block into the caster mounting panel slot with the flat side facing up, and align it with the holes.
- Step 8: Tighten the screws to secure it. The bottom panel is now installed.
- Step 9: Lay one of the two long side panels flat, with the foam-padded side facing up.
- Step 10: Align the installed bottom panel with the rear slot and snap it in.
- Step 11: Place the other long side panel onto the slot position of the bottom panel.
- Step 12: Stand the case upright.
- Step 13: Install the short side. When installing the short side, make sure the Qifang mark faces the bottom panel.
- Step 14: Align it with the slot and snap it in.
- Step 15: Start fixing it with screws. The screws must go straight in.
- Step 16: Do not tilt the electric drill. If it is tilted, it may drill through the inside.
- Step 17: After the screws are fixed, turn the flight case over and install the other short side using the same method.
- Step 18: After the lower case body is assembled, stand the flight case upright and start installing the lid.
- Step 19: To install the lid, you need a 5 mm drill bit and a rivet gun.
- Step 20: Put the lid on top and align the lock positions.
- Step 21: Align it like this. It is correct when it forms a straight line.
- Step 22: Hold the hinge in place and drill the rivet holes according to the hinge holes.
- Step 23: After drilling the holes, use the rivet gun to pull the rivets. The hinge buckle needs to be installed.
- Step 24: The knock-down flight case is now fully assembled.
Important: During installation, keep the electric drill straight. Do not drill at an angle, as this may damage the inside of the case.

Strong, smooth rolling, and feels very durable. Great case for cables and equipment.
This thing is big, sturdy, and clearly made for moving gear around. Assembly took a little time, but once itโs together, it feels very reliable.
Iโve used a lot of plastic storage trunks and basic rolling bins, and this feels much closer to a professional road case. The HDPE shell is thick and rigid, the recessed butterfly latches feel secure, and the built-in padlock rings are a nice touch if youโre storing gear in a shared venue or trailer. The internal space is generous enough for cables, small lighting accessories, tools, and other production gear, and the 4-inch casters make a big difference once itโs loaded.
What I like most is the stackable lid design. The molded caster dishes actually make sense for truck packing because another case can sit on top without rolling around. The handles are also recessed, so nothing sticks out awkwardly or catches during loading.
Assembly takes a little time because it ships disassembled, but the instructions are straightforward. Iโd definitely recommend using a rubber mallet for the corner bumper strips to get everything seated tightly. Once assembled, it feels sturdy and road-ready.
