Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will the light fixture work without a DMX console?
A: Yes! In addition to DMX mode, the unit features Sound-Activated, Auto-Run, and Master-Slave modes. For venues without a console, the music-control mode provides a high-quality automated show.
Q: How do you handle warranty and technical support?
A: We offer lifetime free technical consultation. During the warranty period, if a component fails, our team (responding within 1 hour) will guide you through identification via photos/video and send free replacement parts (customer pays freight only).
Q: What is pixel-mapping and why is it useful on this light?
A: Unlike basic wash lights, each of the 37 LEDs can be controlled independently. This allows you to create sweeping “pixel-chase” patterns, text-like shapes, and intricate color gradients that add immense depth to your light show.
Q: Is this light suitable for quiet environments?
A: This is a high-power 550W professional unit that requires active fan cooling. While efficient, it is designed primarily for concerts, festivals, and loud entertainment venues where background noise is present.
