- Step 1 โ Plan Your Eight Cue Positions: Decide where you want the balloon effects to appear. For example, you can position eight large balloons along a wedding aisle, around a dance floor, beside a stage, or at different points around the venue.
- Step 2 โ Prepare the Large Balloons: Prepare one large outer balloon for each cue you plan to use. Multiple smaller helium balloons can be placed inside each large balloon to create the release effect.
