Prepare up to four large outer balloons according to your event layout. Each large balloon can contain multiple smaller helium balloons.
2. Install an Electric Connecting Wire
An Electric Connecting Wire is used with each large outer balloon that you want to control and is connected to its corresponding receiver. Electric Connecting Wires are sold separately and are not included with this system.
3. Connect One Receiver to Each Effect Point
Each receiver remains beside its corresponding large-balloon setup. With four receivers, you can create up to four independently controlled balloon-effect positions.
4. Use Buttons 1โ4 on the Remote
When the planned moment arrives, press the corresponding button on the four-button handheld remote to activate the selected cue.
5. Small Balloons Are Released

The handheld remote requires 1 ร 23A 12V battery. If all four balloon-effect points are being used, you will normally need one Electric Connecting Wire for each connected large-balloon setup.
- Step 1 โ Plan Your Four Cue Positions: Decide where you want the balloon effects to appear. For example, you can position four large balloons along a wedding aisle, around a dance floor, beside a stage, or at different points around the venue.
- Step 2 โ Prepare the Large Balloons: Prepare one large outer balloon for each cue you plan to use. Multiple smaller helium balloons can be placed inside each large balloon to create the release effect.
- Step 3 โ Install the Electric Connecting Wires: Position one Electric Connecting Wire with each large outer balloon setup that you plan to control.
- Step 4 โ Connect Each Balloon Setup to a Receiver: Connect each Electric Connecting Wire to the cue connector on its corresponding receiver. The small balloons inside the large balloon are not connected to the receiver.

We used this for a wedding where we wanted balloon reveals at different spots instead of everything happening at once. Being able to trigger each cue separately made a huge difference because we could match the timing with the ceremony instead of rushing everything.
Setup took a little planning, but once we tested each receiver, everything worked smoothly. I also liked that the receivers could stay at each balloon setup while I controlled everything from one remote. It made the whole event feel much more organized, and the guests had no idea how it was being done. Definitely one of those products that makes the final result look a lot more professional.
